1. How could I get samples?
All the mobile phone samples are charged. Usually, the sample price will be higher than the wholesale price.
If you need to order samples, We will calculate the sample cost and courier cost for you. If you have any courier account, The courier cost can be charged to your account automatically. After your confirmation, We will prepare the proforma invoice for you.
For sample orders, We prefer payment by Western Union, MoneyGram, or Moneybookers. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please ensure that all the bank charges are paid for.
2.How much the courier freight will be for the samples?
The courier freight depends on the quantity, weight, carton measurement and address of delivery. Please contact us at sales@centraltronics.com and we will be able to provide you with a quote.
3. How can I get your price list?
If you need a wholesale price list of all our models for reference, you can contact us by email sales@centraltronics.com . Please kindly give us your company details ( including: your name, your country, detailed address, telephone number, fax number and your company brief introduction).
4.Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?
Yes.
Logo and/or imprints can be printed on our products by silk screen printing or other processing method. Generally, the minimum quantity for silk screen printing is 200 units per logo. But the exact quantity is determined by the exact model. Pls contact us for details. You can send us the artwork by email in JPEG or TIFF format.
If you want your logo / company name to be printed on the package of the products (custom design package), such as gift box, paper card, the minimum order is 1000 units per model. But also the exact quantity is determined by the exact model. Pls contact us for details. You can send us the artwork by email in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format ( 300 dpi ).
5. How to place an order?
Please send us your purchase order by email to sales@centraltronics.com. You can also contact us by phone. We need to know the following information for your order:
* Shipping information - company name, street address, telephone number, fax number, destination international airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by air or by ocean container)
* Product information - model numbers, quantity
* Delivery time required
* Freight payment ( to collect or prepay )
* Forwarder's contact details if there's any ( in China or Hong Kong )
6. Can you arrange the transportation for us?
Yes. We can arrange sea, air and courier transportation for you.
7. How can the products be sent to us?
For small quantity or shipment with a weight of less than 20 kgs, we usually send by private courier services such as UPS, DHL, or EMS.
For orders from 20 to 500 kgs, they can be sent by air to the international airport near you.
For larger quantities or volume, we can arrange shipment by sea.
The shipment method depends entirely on our client's requests. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (the international airport, sea port ).
8. What's your usual payment term for orders?
We accept payment by Western Union, Moneygram, Wire transfer ( T/T ) to our company bank account.
9. What's the warranty of your products?
We offer a 1 year warranty on all our products

If you can sell our products of USD50,000 to USD80,000 per month, you could be one of our distributor in your city.
11. How can we get your monthly new products announcement?
We will automatically send our clients emails with new products that could turn out to be hot sellers in their market.
